The flat is beautifully located in Leme, the beginning of Copacabana beach - the "posto 1" - at the rua Anchieta 16 (Anchieta street, number 16), at the fourth floor of a quiet building. It has beach view from the three front windows. Furthermore, as the building has been built in 1945, all rooms are big, spacious and very comfortable. And Leme is the most secure quarter in Rio de Janeiro. Besides that, it's the Atlantic beach in the city with the best, easiest and quicker access to downtown or to any other part of Rio de Janeiro.
The building stays just some 30 meters from the beach, which turns it into a very special place for holidays in Rio, as one has just to go down, cross the Gustavo Sampaio street, walk in front of the Leme Palace Hotel and one is at the Avenida Atlântica, the beach Avenue.
The building has two elevators and doorman 24 hours in duty. And there are only two flats at each floor.
The flat has 105m2, so divided: a spacious living room with veranda, two big sleeping rooms, a hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a big comfortable bathroom with a strong shower and bidet.
And, going out of the kitchen, one comes to a long area with washing machine, ceiling dryers and a service door for going and coming back from the beach - but this area gets available only for guests who stay longer than 4 weeks.
At the end of this area there is also a small room, which can be rented separately as well.
A single bed in the veranda, a double bed in each sleeping room and two extra single beds in the living room accommodate seven guests easily and comfortably.
A small child could sleep in the living room sofa too, though it doesn't open.
The flat has a ceiling ventilator in the living room and in each of the two sleeping rooms.
And there is an extra ventilator, which may be placed wherever needed.
But a beautiful tree in front of the windows cares for a cool atmosphere at the flat, even at the hot summer of Rio de Janeiro.
We have a router, which, with a handy card, provides wifi.
And there are all kinds of facilities at a few minutes walking distance:
Super-markets, drugstores, banks, post offices, hotels, Internet cafés, laundries, restaurants, pizzerias and hairdressers.
Buses in all directions of the city may be taken at the corner of the Anchieta street with the Atlântica Avenue, a few meters from the flat building.
And there two taxi points in front of the Leme Palace hotel.
The next subway station is the "Cardeal Arco Verde", at a 10 minutes nice walk through the beach avenue.
But there is also a bus to the subway station, which may be taken as well at the corner of the hotel with the beach avenue.

Prices are however submitted to change, according to the exchange rate at the day of payment and for
checking the fixed prices, you may take a look at the Portuguese page - in the Menú -, where all prices are written in "Reais", the Brazilian currency.
We ask for a damage deposit, which is 1/3 of the rental price or at least US$100,00.
This deposit is sent back to the tenant's bank account, at the most 72 hours after the check.out, if everything in the flat is as it had been at the check.in.
But if by chance, at the moment of check.out, something will be found to be missing or will need to be repaired, the amount for repair or replacement will be taken from this deposit and the rest will be sent back to the tenants' bank account as soon as all has been repaired or replaced.
We offer Shuttles from and to the two airports in Rio de Janeiro, as well as to the bus central station ("rodoviária") or to any touristic place in or around the city.
We also provide babby sitters and cleaning service.
Nevertheless, for security reasons, we don't encourage engaging personal which are not recommended by us.
And sorry, but we don't host any pets.
We also ask guests to smoke at the windows, where there are beautiful ashtrays available, in order to avoid cigarette smelling for the next guests.

There is also a piece of land with 5970 m2 in Santa Cruz Cabrália, south Bahia, 1400 km north of Rio de Janeiro and 700 km south of Salvador - Bahia main city - for sale or for exchanging too.
The land has several fruit trees and a fountain, where a small river starts, which means, your own natural water is available!
It is also possible to buy patches of 500m2, 1000m2, 1500m2, 2000m2 or any other different size of the land.
